Role Overview
The Chief Executive Officer will provide visionary leadership and set the strategic direction for the company, ensuring its long-term growth and operational success. The role encompasses overseeing transportation, logistics, fleet, warehousing, and supply chain operations while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Duties
- Develop and implement the company’s vision, strategy, and comprehensive business plan focused on sustainable development.
- Lead all operations related to transportation, logistics, fleet management, warehousing, and supply chain functions.
- Expand the business through acquisition of new clients, forming strategic partnerships, and exploring new markets.
- Manage the company’s financial health, including budgeting, investments, and cost control strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to transportation laws, safety protocols, and government regulations.
- Build, guide, and motivate a top-tier executive leadership team.
- Act as the primary representative to customers, regulatory bodies, investors, and other vital stakeholders.
- Champion digital transformation efforts, fleet optimization, and improvements in operational efficiency.
Experience and Expertise Required
- Over 15 years of professional experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain management, or allied sectors.
- At least 8 years in high-level leadership roles or executive management.
- Demonstrated capability in overseeing extensive transportation networks, fleet operations, or logistics systems.
- Solid background in commercial strategy, financial oversight, and operational leadership.
