Our Home Support Workers are central to our mission, and we are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Care Team Support Executive to provide ongoing support, coaching, and engagement to care teams in the Gorey area, ensuring they are well-supported and motivated to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact point for Home Support Workers in your designated region.
• Perform regular welfare and performance evaluations of the care team.
• Assist carers with training, professional development, and daily inquiries.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and facilitate support plans for improvement when necessary.
• Address and resolve escalated concerns in partnership with operational management and human resources.
• Offer assistance to scheduling and planning personnel as needed.
• Advocate for high standards of care, employee engagement, and compliance.

Essential Requirements

• A QQI Level 6 qualification in a healthcare-related field is mandatory.
• At least two years of experience working in healthcare, homecare, or social care environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Possession of a full driving licence along with access to a personal vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in team supervision or support roles.
• Background in case management or employee support functions.
• Familiarity with the homecare industry.
