About the Role

Join the expanding team at Comfort Keepers in Gorey and contribute positively to your local community. Our Home Support Workers are central to our mission, and we are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Care Team Support Executive to provide ongoing support, coaching, and engagement to care teams in the Gorey area, ensuring they are well-supported and motivated to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact point for Home Support Workers in your designated region.
Perform regular welfare and performance evaluations of the care team.
Assist carers with training, professional development, and daily inquiries.
Conduct annual performance appraisals and facilitate support plans for improvement when necessary.
Address and resolve escalated concerns in partnership with operational management and human resources.
Offer assistance to scheduling and planning personnel as needed.
Advocate for high standards of care, employee engagement, and compliance.

Essential Requirements

A QQI Level 6 qualification in a healthcare-related field is mandatory.
At least two years of experience working in healthcare, homecare, or social care environments.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Possession of a full driving licence along with access to a personal vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in team supervision or support roles.
Background in case management or employee support functions.
Familiarity with the homecare industry.
