About the Role
Access Healthcare is expanding rapidly and seeks driven Business Development Specialists to propel our growth story further. This role involves discovering new business opportunities, acquiring clients, establishing strategic partnerships, and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing. Ambitious candidates will have the chance to advance to Account Manager and eventually become an Equity Partner, with career progression based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, deal closure, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Contribute significantly to the company’s entry into new markets, playing a pivotal role in business expansion.
- Drive new client acquisitions and build strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector.
