About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our EdTech enterprise by establishing collaborations with colleges throughout Visakhapatnam. This position requires on-ground engagement, visiting campuses, liaising with key decision-makers, and securing agreements for training and placement services offered by ElevateWithB.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various colleges and universities within Visakhapatnam to discover new business opportunities.
- Engage and nurture relationships with Placement Officers, Heads of Departments, and Principals.
- Showcase our training offerings and negotiate terms for partnerships.
- Successfully finalize partnership deals ensuring monthly business objectives are achieved.
- Consistently follow up and manage the pipeline of college partnerships.
- Provide daily reports on field activities and progression to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in both English and Telugu.
- Readiness to travel extensively across Visakhapatnam regularly.
- Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
