Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the resident coffee expert by taking guest orders and offering tailored menu suggestions.
• Prepare and serve a diverse range of hot, cold, artisan, and specialty beverages with precision and care.
• Handle guest payments efficiently and professionally.
• Manage stock by ordering, receiving, and distributing essential supplies, ensuring the café remains well-provisioned.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across all workstations and coffee-making equipment.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service abilities to engage guests effectively.
• Proven hands-on experience operating coffee brewing equipment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hot and cold beverage recipes along with espresso preparation techniques.
• Driven to achieve excellence with enthusiasm and motivation.
• Ability to perform well in high-pressure environments.
