Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is perfect for someone who values the importance of delivering the perfect cup of coffee to every guest, ensuring their experience is always memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the resident coffee expert by taking guest orders and offering tailored menu suggestions.
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of hot, cold, artisan, and specialty beverages with precision and care.
- Handle guest payments efficiently and professionally.
- Manage stock by ordering, receiving, and distributing essential supplies, ensuring the café remains well-provisioned.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across all workstations and coffee-making equipment.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service abilities to engage guests effectively.
- Proven hands-on experience operating coffee brewing equipment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hot and cold beverage recipes along with espresso preparation techniques.
- Driven to achieve excellence with enthusiasm and motivation.
- Ability to perform well in high-pressure environments.
- Dependable with excellent punctuality and reliability.
