Job description
Overview
The position is for an Associate Warehouse role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience and possess either a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse processes including receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Maintain precise inventory documentation using cycle counts, stock verifications, and the ERP/WMS system (specifically SAP).
- Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with established SOPs, safety protocols, and inventory management practices.
- Conduct investigations into inventory inconsistencies and apply corrective measures to enhance stock accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, and Finance departments to promote smooth and effective material flow.
- Generate warehouse reports, carry out inventory data analysis, and pinpoint areas for operational improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Comprehensive expertise in warehouse operations and logistics.
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems, particularly SAP.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and adherence to safety standards.
