Associate Warehouse

Overview

The position is for an Associate Warehouse role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience and possess either a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse processes including receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Maintain precise inventory documentation using cycle counts, stock verifications, and the ERP/WMS system (specifically SAP).
• Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with established SOPs, safety protocols, and inventory management practices.
• Conduct investigations into inventory inconsistencies and apply corrective measures to enhance stock accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, and Finance departments to promote smooth and effective material flow.
• Generate warehouse reports, carry out inventory data analysis, and pinpoint areas for operational improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Comprehensive expertise in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems, particularly SAP.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and adherence to safety standards.
