Role Overview
The Assistant Manager will collaborate with the Outlet Manager to oversee the designated food and beverage outlet, ensuring it operates as a profitable standalone unit. This role demands adherence to the outlet's operational concept and Hyatt International standards to deliver optimum guest satisfaction while maintaining budget compliance and contributing to the financial success of the establishment.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should ideally possess a relevant diploma, degree, or apprenticeship in Hospitality or Restaurant Management. Additionally, a minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory capacity as an Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or sizable restaurant with reputable standards is required.
