Positions are available for a range of roles from labourers experienced in asphalt work to skilled operators managing rollers, pavers, and related machinery. Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience on asphalt crews, either labouring or operating machinery
- Possession of a full, clean New Zealand Driver’s License (heavy vehicle license preferred for operators)
- Experience operating asphalt plants, rollers, or pavers (for operator roles)
- Background in roading, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects
- Strong dedication to health and safety standards for self, team, and public
- Dependable, motivated, and cooperative team player
- Physically fit to meet the demands of hands-on asphalt work
