Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience on asphalt crews, either labouring or operating machinery
• Possession of a full, clean New Zealand Driver’s License (heavy vehicle license preferred for operators)
• Experience operating asphalt plants, rollers, or pavers (for operator roles)
• Background in roading, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects
• Strong dedication to health and safety standards for self, team, and public
• Dependable, motivated, and cooperative team player
• Physically fit to meet the demands of hands-on asphalt work
