About the Role
Gralin Property Management Ltd, a well-established and accredited property management agency based in Royal Oak, Auckland, seeks a dedicated and detail-focused Administration and Accounts Coordinator to join their team. This full-time position involves a blend of administrative duties, financial management, client service, and marketing support within residential property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes along with invoice handling.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and assist in financial reporting activities.
- Maintain thorough records of landlords, tenants, and suppliers.
- Conduct general office administration and document organization tasks.
- Assist with marketing efforts through social media platforms including WeChat, RedNote (Xiaohongshu), and others.
- Support property managers with administrative and financial procedures.
- Provide backup for duties such as inspections, handling rent and water arrears follow-up, and tenancy administration as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in administration, accounting, or office coordination roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Possession of a valid New Zealand driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand.
- Positive mindset, self-motivated, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
