About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment activities within a well-established HR organization. The intern will engage in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules between candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire candidate profiles using job portals, social media channels, and the company's internal database.
• Evaluate resumes in alignment with job specifications to create shortlists of promising candidates.
• Perform initial telephonic interviews to gauge candidate suitability and communication skills.
• Arrange interview timelines, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Candidates should be able to commence the internship between August 1, 2026 and September 5, 2026.
• The internship commitment is for six months.
• Applicants are expected to possess relevant skills and genuine interest in recruitment activities.

Compensation and Benefits

• A monthly stipend ranging from INR 3,000 to INR 5,000 will be provided.
• An internship completion certificate will be awarded.
