Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer communications through TikTok Shop, chat, email, and telephone, ensuring timely and accurate replies.
• Address product questions, process orders, monitor delivery, manage returns, and resolve issues.
• Update and track product listings, inventory, and order statuses within the TikTok Shop platform.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee smooth operational flow and positive customer interactions.
• Maintain awareness of TikTok Shop policies, market trends, and tools to enhance store efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in e-commerce or customer support roles; TikTok Shop experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of order management systems and online retail platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating as part of a team.
