We seek meticulous, resourceful, and proactive team members to manage TikTok Shop activities and provide exceptional support from a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer communications through TikTok Shop, chat, email, and telephone, ensuring timely and accurate replies.
- Address product questions, process orders, monitor delivery, manage returns, and resolve issues.
- Update and track product listings, inventory, and order statuses within the TikTok Shop platform.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee smooth operational flow and positive customer interactions.
- Maintain awareness of TikTok Shop policies, market trends, and tools to enhance store efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in e-commerce or customer support roles; TikTok Shop experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of order management systems and online retail platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating as part of a team.
Work From Home Requirements
