Job Overview
Frankfinn Aviation Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven candidates for the role of Tele Sales Associate, functioning as Academic Counsellors / Telecalling Executives. The position focuses on engaging prospective students, offering career advice, promoting admissions, and marketing industry-leading training programs in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service sectors.
Responsibilities
- Proactively make outbound calls to potential students to explain and promote Frankfinn's educational programs.
- Advise students and parents about career paths across Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service industries.
- Generate new leads, manage existing ones, and follow up actively via telecalling.
- Keep detailed records of calls and update information in the CRM system.
- Convert inquiries into appointments, counseling sessions, and enrollments.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Provide a positive experience for candidates through clear communication and professional counseling.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduates preferred; Undergraduates with at least 12th pass and results available can apply.
- Experience: Between 6 months and 8 years in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, academic counseling, or customer service.
- Gender: Open to all.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English, expertise in outbound calling and telesales, persuasive counseling and negotiation abilities, adept at understanding and addressing customer needs, and a goal-oriented approach with enthusiasm for sales and client interaction.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Workdays: Monday through Saturday; Sundays off (fixed).
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- No travel is required for this position.
- Salary range is INR 16,000 to INR 20,000 per month with performance-based incentives potentially increasing earnings up to INR 25,000.
