Responsibilities

  • Proactively make outbound calls to potential students to explain and promote Frankfinn's educational programs.
  • Advise students and parents about career paths across Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service industries.
  • Generate new leads, manage existing ones, and follow up actively via telecalling.
  • Keep detailed records of calls and update information in the CRM system.
  • Convert inquiries into appointments, counseling sessions, and enrollments.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Provide a positive experience for candidates through clear communication and professional counseling.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Graduates preferred; Undergraduates with at least 12th pass and results available can apply.
  • Experience: Between 6 months and 8 years in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, academic counseling, or customer service.
