Role Overview
The Team Leader - Recreation is tasked with overseeing the health, safety, and welfare of guests utilizing the hotel's pool, spa, and gym facilities. This role ensures a clean and safe pool area while delivering excellent guest service, providing hotel information, and supporting other Recreation Department activities.
Qualifications and Expectations
- Possess internationally recognized CPR and Lifeguard certification.
- Prior hospitality experience is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine care for guest connections.
- Experience with luxury hotel brands worldwide, showcasing cultural adaptability.
- Eagerness to continuously learn and a strong ambition for career progression.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in English.
