Role Overview

The Team Leader - Recreation is tasked with overseeing the health, safety, and welfare of guests utilizing the hotel's pool, spa, and gym facilities. This role ensures a clean and safe pool area while delivering excellent guest service, providing hotel information, and supporting other Recreation Department activities.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Possess internationally recognized CPR and Lifeguard certification.
• Prior hospitality experience is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine care for guest connections.
