Role overview

IREM UAE Chapter 126 is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help identify, attract, and select professionals who fit the chapter’s mission and values. This part-time hybrid opportunity is based in Abu Dhabi and combines on-site work with the flexibility to work from home on some days.

What you will do

• Handle recruitment requests and coordinate hiring activity from start to finish.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, then follow up throughout the selection process.

Qualifications

Candidates should be comfortable making structured, competency-based hiring decisions and promoting a strong employer brand. Prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources is relevant, and a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is considered an advantage.
