Role overview

IREM UAE Chapter 126 is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help identify, attract, and select professionals who fit the chapter’s mission and values. This part-time hybrid opportunity is based in Abu Dhabi and combines on-site work with the flexibility to work from home on some days.

What you will do

  • Handle recruitment requests and coordinate hiring activity from start to finish.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, then follow up throughout the selection process.
  • Work closely with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
  • Help maintain a smooth and positive experience for candidates at every stage.
  • Support employer branding efforts that position IREM UAE Chapter 126 as an appealing professional community and career-growth destination.
  • Keep recruitment trackers and reports updated with accurate information.
  • Ensure hiring practices stay compliant, inclusive, fair, and aligned with organizational standards.

Qualifications
