Job description
Position Overview
The High Risk Offender Management Unit (HROMU) manages offenders under supervision pursuant to the Dangerous Prisoners (Sexual Offenders) Act 2003 (DPSOA) throughout Queensland. The role involves working within teams based in Brisbane and Townsville regions focused on the supervision and management of these offenders.
Unit Structure
- HROMU Strategic Risk and Support, including the Clinical Support Unit.
- HROMU Operations SEQ, based in Wacol, overseeing offenders in Brisbane and Southeast Queensland.
- HROMU Central to Far Northern, operating from Townsville, handling offender management in Central, Northern and Far Northern Queensland regions.
