Key Responsibilities

Lead the team by ensuring adherence to Bojangles' quality and safety regulations through appropriate cooking practices, monitoring product availability, maintaining temperature logs, and managing waste effectively.
Support developing and implementing strategies that guarantee flawless compliance with company standards.
Handle customer transactions accurately, including receiving payments and making correct change.
Provide guests with clear explanations of the menu and respond to their product inquiries confidently.
Perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and lifting items over 25 pounds as needed.

Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.
Possession of a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

Liderar los estándares de calidad y seguridad mediante procedimientos correctos en cocción, control de productos, registros de temperatura y manejo de residuos.
