Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team by ensuring adherence to Bojangles' quality and safety regulations through appropriate cooking practices, monitoring product availability, maintaining temperature logs, and managing waste effectively.
• Support developing and implementing strategies that guarantee flawless compliance with company standards.
• Handle customer transactions accurately, including receiving payments and making correct change.
• Provide guests with clear explanations of the menu and respond to their product inquiries confidently.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and lifting items over 25 pounds as needed.

Responsabilidades
