Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and motivated Senior Sourcer to join our APAC team, playing a central role in identifying and attracting top talent. This position involves crafting comprehensive sourcing strategies, building pipelines, collaborating with recruiters and stakeholders, and supporting the hiring of exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing efforts across multiple domains within the APAC region using inventive strategies to attract high-caliber talent and meet hiring objectives.
• Design and implement thorough sourcing plans including talent pooling, market landscape analysis, and competitor research.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders such as HR and Compensation teams to align recruitment tactics with company goals.
• Oversee pipeline management ensuring data accuracy and deliver data-informed insights to relevant parties to facilitate decision-making.
• Utilize AI to enhance sourcing by translating hiring needs into focused search strategies, mapping talent ecosystems, and personalizing outreach communication with inclusivity and relevance in mind.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience sourcing candidates for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Demonstrated success in engaging passive candidates, cultivating diverse candidate pipelines, and fostering inclusive candidate experiences.
• Strong analytical, data-oriented mindset to evaluate challenges, prioritize tasks, and share insights regarding risks and tradeoffs.
• Adaptable and organized, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms such as Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing and scheduling technologies.
• Sound knowledge of responsibly incorporating AI into recruitment practice, maintaining privacy, inclusion, and positive candidate experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.

Additional Details

• This role does not include relocation support; see company's flexible working policy for details.
• Physical presence in office required 1-2 times annually for collaboration; otherwise, location within Singapore is flexible.
