Position Overview

This role is for a Senior Engineer specializing in desktop support, located in Dublin, Ireland. It is a fixed-term contract requiring on-site presence five days a week, offering a gross annual salary of €60,000.

Key Duties

Handling complex troubleshooting and fault resolution, drawing on at least five years of relevant experience.
Providing support for a range of devices including desktops, laptops, Cisco phones, mobile devices, Mac systems, and tablets.
Offering software assistance specifically for Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams platforms.
Building and imaging desktops and laptops as per organizational needs.
Participating in daily team meetings with the Team Leader, managing issue logs, and escalating second and third line support problems as required.
