직무 설명
Position Overview
This role is for a Senior Engineer specializing in desktop support, located in Dublin, Ireland. It is a fixed-term contract requiring on-site presence five days a week, offering a gross annual salary of €60,000.
Key Duties
- Handling complex troubleshooting and fault resolution, drawing on at least five years of relevant experience.
- Providing support for a range of devices including desktops, laptops, Cisco phones, mobile devices, Mac systems, and tablets.
- Offering software assistance specifically for Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams platforms.
- Building and imaging desktops and laptops as per organizational needs.
- Participating in daily team meetings with the Team Leader, managing issue logs, and escalating second and third line support problems as required.
