About the Opportunity

A boutique consulting firm based in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their team. This role offers involvement in diverse projects such as growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and restructures. Key Responsibilities

Engage with strategic advisory tasks for a range of interesting businesses.
Interpret and simplify complex information into concise, practical deliverables and presentations for clients and directors.
Assist and contribute actively to transaction processes including M&A, capital raising, and other advisory projects.
Take responsibility for managing own work and deadlines while working closely with the broader team.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Background in professional services within Australia, aiming for a transition to a commercially oriented advisory role.
Approximately three years of experience in accounting or auditing.
CPA or CA credential obtained or currently pursuing certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A commercial mindset capable of advising on complex financial and business matters.
