Role overview

Pink Panda Bakery is hiring a customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to support daily sales operations and deliver a smooth experience for customers. The right person should be approachable, organized, and comfortable handling both enquiries and order management.

Core duties

• Reply quickly to customer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and other incoming questions.
• Receive cake orders accurately and process them without errors.
• Confirm orders with customers and make follow-up contact when needed.
• Work with the production team to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
• Guide customers in selecting cake styles, sizes, and flavours.
• Provide strong support to customers before, throughout, and after each purchase.
• Maintain clear and correct records of customer orders and payment details.

Skills and experience needed

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Clear spoken and written English.
• High accuracy and close attention to detail.
• Good planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle several tasks at once and stay effective under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy and confidence using WhatsApp Business.
• Prior work in sales or customer service will be an advantage.

Work expectations

• Willingness to work on Saturdays and public holidays when rostered.
• Dependable, punctual, and positive in attitude.
