Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Produce sales leads by engaging walk-in customers, referrals, field visits, and digital platforms.
- Assess client requirements to suggest appropriate vehicles tailored to their budget and preferences.
- Demonstrate vehicles, explaining features, technical specifications, and advantages.
- Coordinate and assist customers during test drives, ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Draft quotations, negotiate prices adhering to company policies, and finalize sales agreements.
- Collaborate closely with finance, insurance, vehicle registration, and delivery teams to guarantee prompt vehicle delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets established by the dealership.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales using CRM systems.
- Foster long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Keep updated with product knowledge, competitive offerings, marketing promotions, and industry trends.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduates in any field are preferred; however, 12th pass candidates with relevant sales experience are also considered.
- Ideally, candidates should have up to 13 years of experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Fresh candidates demonstrating excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A customer-centered mindset combined with a dynamic and enthusiastic attitude is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems will be advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driving license is desirable.
- Readiness to travel locally for customer meetings and promotional events is necessary.
- Capacity to work on weekends and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment is required.
