Job Overview
Arora Electronics & Electricals is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join their team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will engage with walk-in customers, address their needs promptly, and support the sales process effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers visiting the showroom and comprehensively assess their product requirements.
- Assist in preparing quotations while clearly communicating product specifications and benefits.
- Manage billing procedures and basic cash handling with accuracy.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and displays are organized attractively.
- Initiate follow-ups to respond to customer queries and secure orders.
- Liaise with suppliers and delivery personnel to coordinate product availability and shipments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate stock documentation and alert management to any low inventory situations.
- Foster lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and trust.
- Having knowledge of electrical and electronic products is considered advantageous.
