Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers visiting the showroom and comprehensively assess their product requirements.
• Assist in preparing quotations while clearly communicating product specifications and benefits.
• Manage billing procedures and basic cash handling with accuracy.
• Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and displays are organized attractively.
• Initiate follow-ups to respond to customer queries and secure orders.
• Liaise with suppliers and delivery personnel to coordinate product availability and shipments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate stock documentation and alert management to any low inventory situations.
• Foster lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and trust.
• Having knowledge of electrical and electronic products is considered advantageous.
