Overview
Join the team as a crew member at our Bengaluru location on BG Road near IIM. This role offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹18,000 as take-home pay, plus special allowances. You will work six days a week with flexible shift timings excluding Monday to Friday, ensuring a balanced work schedule.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist customers ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with company quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Keep the work environment clean and uphold hygiene standards consistently.
- Manage billing and operate the cash counter when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have completed at least 10th grade education.
- Possess clear communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
