Overview

Join the team as a crew member at our Bengaluru location on BG Road near IIM. This role offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹18,000 as take-home pay, plus special allowances. You will work six days a week with flexible shift timings excluding Monday to Friday, ensuring a balanced work schedule.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Warmly welcome and assist customers ensuring a positive experience.
Prepare and serve food items in accordance with company quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
Keep the work environment clean and uphold hygiene standards consistently.
Manage billing and operate the cash counter when necessary.
Adhere strictly to company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must have completed at least 10th grade education.
Possess clear communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
