Job Overview
Our client is seeking a dependable and meticulous Cleaner to provide cleaning services for residential properties, including move-in, move-out, rental turnovers, and property readiness tasks. This position requires a professional who can work independently in the field, follow detailed checklists, document completed jobs with photos and videos, and identify any property-related issues for follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled residential cleaning appointments covering move-in, move-out, and rental turnover tasks.
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, hallways, floors, appliances, cabinets, surfaces, and fixtures to meet company quality standards.
- Remove dust, dirt, debris, garbage, and any leftover items as necessary.
- Wipe down all surfaces including counters, sinks, mirrors, doors, baseboards, and frequently touched areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean various floor types.
- Clean inside household appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, and dryers when required.
- Identify any additional areas needing cleaning, repairs, maintenance, junk removal, or follow-up work.
- Take clear before-and-after photographs and videos of the cleaned property and submit thorough updates after each appointment.
- Maintain professional communication with tenants, property owners, and internal team representatives.
- Adhere to company instructions, detailed cleaning checklists, access requirements, and appointment specifics precisely.

- Cleaning of cabinets, drawers, window sills, and baseboards
- Garbage and light debris removal
- Preparing properties for showings, inspections, or move-ins
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, preferably in residential settings
- Strong understanding of residential cleaning standards and procedures
- Reliable personal transportation to access various properties
- Possession of necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for each cleaning assignment
- Comfort and capability to work independently without direct supervision
- iPhone 13 or an equivalent smartphone featuring a high-quality camera to document work
- Ability to take clear photos and videos documenting the cleaning completed
- Strong written communication skills to produce clear notes and updates after cleaning visits
- Professionalism marked by punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, cleaning checklists, and property access guidelines accurately
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to liaise respectfully with tenants, owners, and team members
Preferred Attributes
- Experience specifically with move-in, move-out, and rental turnover cleaning
- Background in preparing residential properties for showings, inspections, and move-in readiness
- Skilled at recognizing property damage, maintenance needs, pest issues, junk removal requirements, safety concerns, and access problems
- History of working autonomously in field roles for property management, cleaning, maintenance, or home service providers
