Job Overview

This position is for a Relationship Manager specializing in team leadership within the banking and insurance sector. The role focuses on recruiting, managing, and motivating a sales team to achieve defined sales targets through effective training and guidance. The incumbent will oversee advisers' performance, lead negotiations, and ensure successful closure of leads.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit team members suitable for sales roles.
Drive and achieve sales goals by managing the team effectively.
Conduct training and development sessions for the team on a commission-based structure.
Promote motivation and provide support to team members.
Supervise advisers to ensure productive workflow.
Negotiate and close sales leads efficiently.

Candidate Profile

Must hold a graduation degree.
Minimum of one year of experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
Excellent communication abilities.
