Role Details

Permanent full-time position (up to 32 hours per week)
Shifts include AM, PM, night, and weekends
Located in Palmerston North

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of caregivers to maintain high-quality care standards
Create and review individualized care plans for residents
Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations
Build lasting relationships with residents, their families, and general practitioners
Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations

Qualifications and Skills

Registered Nurse with a current APC, domestically or internationally qualified
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated empathy, team spirit, and a positive approach to resident care
Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to health and safety standards
