Role Details

• Permanent full-time position (up to 32 hours per week)
• Shifts include AM, PM, night, and weekends
• Located in Palmerston North

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of caregivers to maintain high-quality care standards
• Create and review individualized care plans for residents
• Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations
• Build lasting relationships with residents, their families, and general practitioners
• Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Nurse with a current APC, domestically or internationally qualified
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated empathy, team spirit, and a positive approach to resident care
• Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to health and safety standards
