About the Role
Join a leading global technology and consulting company, specializing in delivering digital, IT, and business solutions that help organizations innovate, enhance efficiency, and grow through expertise in cloud, data, and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire procurement process and create purchase orders for global clients.
- Manage supply chain validations and address vendor inquiries effectively.
- Communicate fluently in French to ensure smooth coordination and operations.
- Maintain complete adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during rotational night shifts.
Requirements
- Experience in BPO procurement or supply chain management roles.
- Proficiency in French language, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) processing.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
- Ability to manage and comply with SLA requirements effectively.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree.
