Procurement Specialist (French)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire procurement process and create purchase orders for global clients.
• Manage supply chain validations and address vendor inquiries effectively.
• Communicate fluently in French to ensure smooth coordination and operations.
• Maintain complete adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during rotational night shifts.

Requirements

• Experience in BPO procurement or supply chain management roles.
• Proficiency in French language, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) processing.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Ability to manage and comply with SLA requirements effectively.
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
