About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Norland Nanny or an elite professional nanny with comparable qualifications and experience to care for a prestigious football family's children in Birmingham. This is a full-time position requiring five days a week commitment, working approximately 45–50 hours weekly. Flexibility is critical due to the demanding lifestyle and football commitments of the family.

The successful candidate will offer exceptional childcare in a VIP or high-net-worth environment, ensuring discretion, professionalism, and adaptability. You will nurture a warm, engaging, and structured atmosphere that promotes the children's development and wellbeing.

Requirements

• Certification as a Norland Nanny or equivalent elite childcare qualification.
• Demonstrated experience working with VIPs, high-net-worth, or ultra-high-net-worth families.
• Strong understanding of child development and ability to organize suitable activities according to age.
• Exemplary professionalism, discretion, and proactive approach.
• Essential flexibility and adaptability to accommodate shifting schedules.
• Outstanding references with evidence of long-term commitment in previous roles.
• Immediate availability or readiness to start on short notice is preferred.

Compensation and Working Conditions

The annual salary ranges between £70,000 and £80,000, commensurate with experience. This role represents a remarkable long-term opportunity with a private family associated with professional football in Birmingham.
