About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Norland Nanny or an elite professional nanny with comparable qualifications and experience to care for a prestigious football family's children in Birmingham. This is a full-time position requiring five days a week commitment, working approximately 45–50 hours weekly. Flexibility is critical due to the demanding lifestyle and football commitments of the family.

Requirements
- Certification as a Norland Nanny or equivalent elite childcare qualification.
- Demonstrated experience working with VIPs, high-net-worth, or ultra-high-net-worth families.
- Strong understanding of child development and ability to organize suitable activities according to age.
- Exemplary professionalism, discretion, and proactive approach.
- Essential flexibility and adaptability to accommodate shifting schedules.
- Outstanding references with evidence of long-term commitment in previous roles.
- Immediate availability or readiness to start on short notice is preferred.
Compensation and Working Conditions
