Role Overview
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in preparing customer orders by accurately picking and packing items from designated warehouse locations. This position requires maintaining organized inventory lines and supporting overall warehouse orderliness and occasional facility maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Accurately select products from specified warehouse bin locations to complete customer orders
- Restock inventory on pick lines as necessary
- Keep the work environment clean, orderly, and safe
- Assist with facilities maintenance and other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- At least 1 to 2 years of general warehouse experience is advantageous
- Capable of safely lifting between 40 to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to strictly follow instructions and maintain adherence to safety regulations
- Strong attendance record and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced warehouse team setting
- Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
Schedule and Location
Work hours are Sunday through Thursday, starting at 3:00 PM and continuing until tasks are completed. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Charlotte, NC.
