Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician II to maintain and optimize in-store equipment and infrastructure. This role involves hands-on service and repairs across a variety of machinery including beverage dispensers, ice makers, and fuel pumps. The technician will also manage maintenance requests, supervise parts inventory, and support less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to repair needs involving food and beverage equipment, ice machines, and fuel dispensers.
• Address plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work orders throughout the stores.
• Ensure accurate calibration of pumps and dispensers to comply with regulatory standards.
• Determine when to engage external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain parts inventory and prepare daily reports to track maintenance efficiency.
• Lead and train junior technicians, prioritize tasks, and perform basic structural maintenance as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in general repair and maintenance tasks.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
• Capable of independent work and managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated facility ownership and ability to support peers technically.
