Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manager for International Business Development to lead global sales initiatives for state-of-the-art domestic Defence and Aerospace electronic systems. This position is fully remote and open worldwide.
Core Responsibilities
- Expand into new international markets where Defence Electronics and Aerospace systems have significant demand.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with foreign defence ministries, armed forces, aerospace bodies, government entities, OEMs, and system integrators.
- Manage relationships with global customers, channel partners, distributors, agents, and other strategic stakeholders.
- Oversee preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals in international tenders and defence procurement projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Instrumentation (E&I), or equivalent is required.
- MBA in Marketing is highly preferred.
- 15 to 20+ years of sales and marketing experience within Defence and Aerospace sectors.
- Extensive exposure to international business development and defence procurement processes.
- Preferred geographic experience includes Europe (Italy, Spain, Germany, France, UK), Asia (South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam), Americas (USA, Canada, Brazil), and Africa (South Africa, Egypt).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Professionals currently working within Defence Electronics, Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), or Avionics domains.
- Senior retired professionals from established Strategic Electronics or Defence organizations.
- Possess a strong network and influence with decision-makers in Defence Ministries, Armed Forces, Government bodies, and OEMs.
- Recognized credibility and stature within the defence ecosystem locally and internationally.
