About the Role

Followmont Transport is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Local HR Driver to join their Pickup and Delivery (PUD) unit in Brisbane. Required Qualifications and Conditions

• Previous experience in a comparable role within a structured environment.
• Possession of an HR driving license is preferable.
• Forklift license is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment medical examination, drug and alcohol screening, and criminal background verification.

Important Terms

This role includes an attendance-based weekly payment exclusively for full-time employees who meet strict conditions: the employee must attend all contracted rostered shifts amounting to a standard 38-hour workweek and complete four continuous weeks without any unplanned leave. Subject to these criteria, a retention payment of $67.31 will be disbursed during the fifth week’s pay cycle. This payment may be amended or withdrawn at the employer’s discretion.
