Leadership Coach Opportunity

We are looking for a Leadership Coach on a freelance contract basis, located in Doha, Qatar, for a duration of six months starting immediately. This role involves guiding leaders, managers, and high-potential staff to enhance their leadership capabilities.

Key Duties

Provide individual and group coaching sessions aimed at improving leadership skills.
Design customized coaching and leadership growth strategies.
Assist leaders in developing stronger communication, decision-making, and team management skills.
Guide leadership through phases of organizational change and transformation.
Help employees build resilience and navigate change successfully.
Collaborate with HR and management to determine leadership training needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or similar fields.
Demonstrable experience in leadership or executive coaching roles.
In-depth understanding of change management, leadership development, and resilience strategies.
Experience coaching senior leaders and managerial staff.
Professional coaching certification such as ICF or equivalent is preferred.
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
Readily available to commence work immediately.
