Leadership Coach

Leadership Coach Opportunity

We are looking for a Leadership Coach on a freelance contract basis, located in Doha, Qatar, for a duration of six months starting immediately. This role involves guiding leaders, managers, and high-potential staff to enhance their leadership capabilities.

Key Duties

• Provide individual and group coaching sessions aimed at improving leadership skills.
• Design customized coaching and leadership growth strategies.
• Assist leaders in developing stronger communication, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Guide leadership through phases of organizational change and transformation.
• Help employees build resilience and navigate change successfully.
• Collaborate with HR and management to determine leadership training needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or similar fields.
• Demonstrable experience in leadership or executive coaching roles.
• In-depth understanding of change management, leadership development, and resilience strategies.
• Experience coaching senior leaders and managerial staff.
• Professional coaching certification such as ICF or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Readily available to commence work immediately.
