Role Overview

We are recruiting a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Java Full Stack to join a cutting-edge financial services and investment firm recognized for innovation and market leadership. The selected candidate will have a pivotal role in technology leadership and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer the design and technical implementation of projects and products.
• Take ownership of all technical deliverables ensuring high standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience with Java full stack development.
• Capability to define, challenge, and prioritize data requirements collaboratively with business users.
• Ensure business stakeholders have access to reliable, clear, and accurate data.
• Monitor and resolve production and support tickets effectively, including issue identification and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in SQL query writing and performance tuning.
• Additional abilities in basic Python scripting and workflow management with Apache Airflow are advantageous.
